Which payment methods do you accept?

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed with 24 hours, although it may take longer depending on stock and roasting schedules. All coffee is shipped by Royal Mail Tracked, and usually arrives in 2-4 days after shipping. Note that we can’t gaurantee that orders made after December 18th will arrive before Christmas.
What is your returns policy?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we can’t accept returns. However, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, please get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to make things right.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email to follow your order’s journey.
